Shipping information
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship the order, you will receive a specific notification.
Rates and estimates for domestic shipments
Order shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €60.
We offer free local delivery only in the city of Subiaco (00028).
We deliver from 12:30 to 16:00 on the following days: Monday - Friday. We will contact you via SMS on the telephone number you provided at checkout to let you know the day of delivery.
Pickup in store
You can avoid shipping costs with free local collection at the shop's headquarters, in Via Poggio Verde 39, Subiaco, 00028 (RM). Once you have placed your order and selected local collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 2-3 working days. When the order is ready, you will receive an email with the relative instructions.
Our in-store collection times are 12:30 to 16:00 on the following days: Monday - Friday. When you come to collect your order, make sure you have the confirmation email with you.
International shipments
We offer international shipping to the following countries: European Union, Canada, United States.
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Caras Handmade is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as a customer.
How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at carashandmade@gmail.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for unused items and in original condition and refund the full amount of the order, with return shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at carashandmade@gmail.com by sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
